The location was super convenient, close to the BTS and awesome nightlife spots. We even stumbled upon a live music gig nearby and danced our hearts out! The staff was chill and understanding, not like old grumps. The rooms were modern and had cool tech gadgets. And the best part? The food, man. The custom menus were on point and totally Instagram-worthy!

The only thing that we wished was better is if the hotel had a dedicated party space for young, party-loving people like us. It would've been rad to have a rooftop club or a banging DJ spinning tracks by the pool.

The facility is clean. The staff is helpful. Nothing to say.

The Explore Suite at The Emerald Hotel - Sha Extra Plus was amazing! The separate living room and dining area made it feel like a real home away from home. The fully-equipped kitchen was a big plus for me as I love to cook my own meals. The master bedroom with the king-size bed was so comfortable, and the second bedroom with two single beds was perfect for my travel companion. The private bathrooms for each bedroom were a nice touch, and the walk-in closets were spacious. And let's not forget the Jacuzzi and bathtub in the two bathrooms - pure luxury!

The only thing I didn't love about our Explore Suite was the design of the second bedroom's private bathroom. It wasn't my personal style, but I understand that others might still find it enjoyable.

All in all everything was really good, had a really good stay for 3 nights on a business trip. The room was neat and brand-new with king size bed, and we slept very well. It offered us best possible location just next door to Department Stores, a subway / skytrain station, and the nearby shopping malls and entertainment centres. Had brunch in the Mustache Bar, located nearby.

The hotel's seafood buffet was a feast fit for a king crab. The meeting spaces and service were top-notch. I enjoyed the high tea, pool, and stunning views.

The lobby and pool-side bars were just an added inconvenience to my relaxing stay.

The windows are dirty, the plumbing is old.

The buffet breakfast at Emerald Hotel - Sha Extra Plus had a great variety of delicious food. They also offered room service, which I found to be the best I've ever had while traveling. The staff was very helpful and the fitness center was extensive. The hotel is also conveniently located near an MRT station.

Clean, decent value hotel, its location was marvellous and ideal and next to mrt station and shopping mall, and a large dual carriageway.

This place is centrally located, making it a breeze to get to and from the airports. Plus, it's right next to Pratunam, the subway, and plenty of great restaurants – everything you need is right here!

The rooms are spacious and modern, equipped with cable TV, coffee/tea makers, and a cozy sitting area, while the beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The rooms here have two comfortable lounge chairs, a bathtub, and firm pillows, and the staff are very attentive.

The value for money at the Emerald Hotel - Sha Extra Plus was excellent, and the room size was perfect. The location was convenient with nearby amenities, and the staff provided fantastic service.

Breakfast offerings could have been improved with more vegetarian options.
